form an application to the personnel service of your state body for training through an electronic educational certificate, send it to an educational organization;

always keep abreast of business events related to the development of civil service, and plan your participation in them;

get acquainted with methodological and educational materials about the state civil service;

independently test their professional knowledge and skills through the testing service;

get access:

- to the database of the best personnel practices of federal

and regional government bodies;

- a list of priority areas for the development of the civil service, including in the regions, as well as information on available additional professional programs, educational materials and business events in the relevant areas of development;

- to electronic information resources of educational institutions and other organizations for the development of additional professional programs, training courses and individual disciplines in a distance format;
